Even for a smallest of thing to be made, there are six prerequisites:
Consider making of a small pot.

1. There must a doer who would make a pot.
2. The Doer must have desire to make a pot.
3. The Doer must decide as per his desire to make a pot.
4. The Doer must have necessary skills for making a pot.
5. Required Material and machines must be available for making a pot.
6. The Doer must act according to his desire.

If anything of above six requirements is missing nothing can be made.
Hence the logic points to the fact that when a smallest of thing cannot be made without doer, there must a doer who made this universe.

Since man has not ability to even understand it must be God who must be all powerful.
