How to avoid arguments?
By telling mind that arguments do not solve but exacerbate the problem.
Only by keeping calm, solutions canbe worked out. In other words, arguments complicate
the situation.
Keep check everyday that how many times in a day compulsive reactions were given.
Such reactions are always without proper thought. Try again and again till you are successful that
no immediate reactions are given out of anger, despair, greed, lust etc.
Instead of reactions, give controlled responce
by proper thought about what is being said. Many times just ignoring is what required, particularly when someone abuses or belittles you.
Take decisions from the angle of ethics and not according to emotions. Keep good behavior with all, even with those who criticize you.
Sweet talk and polite behaviour eliminate many problems.
