Why mental stress is a major problem these days?
Mental stress arises out of uncontrolled mind. Such mind makes uncontrolled and unjustified desires.
Not able to cope with unfulfilled desires stress developes. Stress can be the result of unwanted or rough behavior
from others.
To avoid stress following steps would help.
Realize that there is no end desires. After fullfilling one desire another bigger will surface.

Tell mind that everything is meaningless when Death approaches. Take spiritual approach to the life. Divert all desires and thinking towards God.'
