Sustain in spiritual path.

The path has challenges from both fronts - Inside (mind) and outside (Worldly people and objects.)

Though control is required over mind, in initial stages the outside world has enough arsenals to destroy the spiritual aspirations.

People around behave in such a way that you get angry or you get frustrated or you get romantic or you get jealous and so on.

When sapling is cultivated, it needs protection but when it grows into a big tree, it gives shelter to many.

Similarly in initial stages overconfidence must be avoided. Mind should not be subjected to worldly attractions. Minimal people contact is desirable.

And when mind gets attracted to any person or object, at that very moment, knowledge would come rescue and one would try to visualize that there is Krishn present in those persons and objects. Such timely aid is possible only after repeated revision of theory - by reading, by listening, by mentally revising.

No success is achieved in a short time. Sustained practice is the only answer.
