If soul is after sensual happiness, it would get it, again according to the rules. But the result of this short lived happiness is that soul has to take birth and die again and again, that to in the substandard species. In addition soul has to suffer in hell according to the deeds and hence to be after sensual indulgence is a fool's choice.

If soul is after divine happiness or eternal bliss, it would get it, again according to the rules and hence mind needs to undertake spiritual practice of devotion to acquire eternal and infinite bliss or divine happiness.

Soul has to make choice. It is sad that in most of the cases soul aims for sensual happiness and all efforts are directed to acquire the objects which satisfy senses.

Only few prudent make the second choice of divine happiness and are successful in attaining the divine bliss eventually.

We have seen that there is nothing can exist in this world without rules. Mind which is the main instrument is also governed by rules.

Mind interactions of two persons involve exchange of mind character. Mind character means the way in which person thinks.

The two way interaction influence both minds, but one way thinking affects only the mind of the person who keeps on thinking of other person, but the other is not aware of the same.

With this background the philosophy of acquiring divine bliss can be easily understood that the mind must be engrossed into God continuously and that on one else should be relied on or no one else other than God should enter the mind.

When mind thinks of God, the intake of mind is divine and hence mind starts becoming pure but when mind thinks of anyone from the material world makes mind impure.

Some fortunate people get divine souls meaning saints around them who are all pure and hence such people advance spiritually fast.

So goes a story. There was a pious king who used to do all daily rituals to please God. Once after taking bath he came across his old friend who had committed many crimes. King had just a general talk with him. The sinful character of this friend was so high that it spoiled mind of the kind. And king had to suffer for it because it is the state of mind that decides what any person would get - happiness or sufferings.
