Many times it is observed that person who is leading sinful life or person with sinful past feel that he cannot have entry in divine area.
If it is not possible to give wrong ways, it does not mean that right way cannot be taken up.
Valmiki was such a horrible robber that he used to kill the person first before even knowing whether the person had any possession. He used to think that what if the traveler overpowered him, and therefore he would kill the traveler before searching him for any valuables. In the process he committed as many murders as many times he wanted to feed his family.
Such Valimiki too was welcome to adopt divine practice. Because he took the spiritual practice seriously, the mind was purified and all his sins were pardoned on 100% purification of heart.
Really speaking no can have any access to divine bliss unless past sins are pardoned. If not, then past sins which are infinite will need infinite time to suffer from the outcome of those sins.
Therefore forget the past. Don't think of future. Concentrate on present. Start the spiritual practice today.
Only spiritual practice has capability to lift anyone from wrong ways. The spiritual practice purifies heart. As heart get purer, sinful desires reduce gradually. The spiritual practice is the medicine to cure the disease of lust which is the root cause of misdeeds. If a patient says that he has disease and therefore he will not take medicine is the most stupid argument. Therefore, everyone, irrespective of their present profession, present tendencies, present status, must practice devotion. 4 hours a day should be spent with God. If not 4 hours, then at least 1 hour should be spent in remembering God in a separate room away from all house members.
