Krishna Says ,'Any existing entity will never cease to exit and Any non-existing entity will never come into existence.'

Thus God, Soul and Prakriti which are three existing entities will never cease to exist and hence the re-birth of the same soul is justified.

God as all of us know is power house of all powers. It imparts power to Prakriti or Maya (Nature) to build this complex universe. The sequence of creation of the world in short is - MAYA which is empowered by God creates Ahankaar(Ego) -> Panch Tan-matra (Seeds of Vaccum,Air,Fire,Water,Land) -> Vacuum -> Air-> Fire -> Water -> Land

Islam does not provide any principled account of the world order while Hindu does.
