You might be knowing
current connectivity. A smallest gap in the conducting wire will stop
the current. Touch stone converts iron into gold provided that both
touch each other. A smallest gap will not produce the desired effect.
In exactly the same way, material mind should touch the divinity
through submission. Even a slightest distancing will be a problem.
Hence the complete 100 percent submission is essential.
Contact is required.
Contact can be by strike or by soft touch. Mind must touch divinity.
Contact with God can be made by any emotion.. Love, hatred, fear,
envy, temptation, allurement any emotion will work. History shows
that maids of Vrindavan loved Krishn and attained the eternal bliss.
Kans feared Krishn, he too attained the eternal bliss.
In love, maids were
constantly thinking of Krishn. ‘When will I will see him? Where
to find him? He so beautiful! He speaks so sweet! His words are full
of love. How cute he looks! How big are his eyes! His eyes shower
such a love! So enchanting is his smile! O! God! I cannot hold my
breath! When will he embrace me? How soft is his touch! How nicely he
sings and dances!’
Constant thinking made
them see Krishn everywhere. In forest, in the house, in waters of
river Yamuna, in streets of Gokul and Vrindavan, in trees, in
flowers, in voices of birds and winds, in cows and in calves, in
brother, in mother, in husband and no place nor any person left in
which they would not see Krishn. They became one with Krishn. This
made their heart pure and the result was that they were blessed with
divine happiness.
Out of fear of death
Kans was so terrified of Krishn that he too constantly thought of
Krishn. ‘There was voice from sky that Krishn would kill me. I
planned his death so many times with my powerful assistants but I
always failed. I could not kill him. Now, he can kill me anytime. How
to get rid of Krishn? Where to find him?’ Constant thinking
made him see Krishn everywhere.
‘There is Krishn
in clothes, tear it out! Krishn is there in the plate in which I am
eating, throw the plate outside! Krishn is in this pillow over which
my head is resting! O! Get out of here! Krishn is standing in the
door, in window in walls! What do I do? Where do I run? How do I
escape from Krishn?’ He became one with Krishn. This made
Kans’s heart pure and the result was that Kans was blessed with
divine happiness.
Whichever way, contact
is must.
